PPC Specialist

Job Overview

The PPC Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing ad campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, conduct keyword research and analysis. The candidate will also write and optimize ad copy and landing pages for maximum conversion rates, monitor each campaign’s performance, and make data-driven improvements and tweaks to improve results. Furthermore, it is a part of the job to provide regular reporting on campaign performance and the ads running under it. As a competent PPC Specialist, the person must stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure that the ads are providing maximum ROAS and collaborate with other team members of the Marketing department to ensure that the ad campaigns align with the overall marketing goals and strategies.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Plan, create and manage ad campaigns across various channels
  2. Conduct keyword research and manage them to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
  3. Optimise bidding at keywords, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
  4. Perform daily account and campaign management, including but not limited to reviewing under-performing keywords)
  5. Ensure and monitor that the ad campaigns do not exceed the weekly and monthly ad spend budget
  6. Review and maintain Quality Score, impression share, and other metrics pertained important to paid marketing
  7. Find ways to reduce the risk of click fraud
  8. Devise and implement A/B testing techniques to optimize high conversion rates
  9. Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
  10. Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to the supervisor by analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
  11. Stay on top of Search Engine Optimisation and PPC industry trends

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent degree in the relevant field
  • Minimum of 3+ experience as a PPC Specialist or an Ads Manager
  • Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
  • Practical knowledge of analytical tools (Google Analytics)
  • Exceptional reporting skills
  • Must have an eye for ad visuals
