Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of marketing operations. This role’s central goal will be focused on the company’s influence while increasing brand loyalty, awareness, and lead generation. He/She will devise, execute, inspect, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Ideally, the candidate will use his/her qualifications, experience and skills for social media management, art direction, and other aspects of marketing. To explain further, this role drives innovative approaches and techniques to optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketer will utilize customer intent data from internal and external sources to effectively nurture leads at the top, middle, and bottom of the marketing funnel.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Identify intent signal sources to consolidate intent data for optimized audience segmentation
  2. Develop and execute enriched marketing campaigns that evangelize leads and move them toward the consideration and decision-making phase
  3. Set up email marketing automation using tools such as Mailchimp
  4. Identify retargeting lists for Display Advertising and paid social media
  5. Execute and monitor retargeting ad campaigns and dynamic website experiences
  6. Provide performance reporting KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  7. Analyzing and improvising post-campaign results and executing refinements
  8. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search SEO, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing
  9. Review and manage digital marketing content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and social media posts·
  10. Work with other marketing team members to develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing plan
  11. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  12. Measuring the performance of the campaigns through web analytics tools and measuring ROI
  13. Provide inventive design for content marketing
  14. Ensure that the brand message is consistent
  15. Analyse digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent degree in the relevant field
  • Minimum of 5+years of experience as a Digital Marketing Lead, Digital Marketer
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Experience in creating forms and landing pages.
  • Experience in using Google Analytics and other tracking tools to monitor and optimize marketing efforts
  • Must be familiar with SEO and YouTube campaigns/able to execute Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns
  • Must be tech-savvy
