Under the Third-Party Manpower model, Elite HRSP recruits, employs, administers payroll and manages employment-related compliance for the workforce deployed at your premises.
You retain day-to-day operational direction while we manage the employment administration and workforce responsibilities — allowing you to focus on running your business.
We employ and administer your contract workforce, taking responsibility for agreed employment obligations while you retain operational direction of the deployed team.
